  • Maintaining (according to AS/NZS 4801, ISO18001 as applicable) a health and safety management system
  • Implementing health and safety programs to enhance the effectiveness of our management system
  • Disseminating health and safety information to all workers, visitors and any other parties impacted by our organization
  • Providing training in matters relating to workplace health and safety
  • Tracking safety performance against objectives and targets
  • Managing incidents in a just and fair manner

Each person is individually responsible for:

  • Leading by example in displaying a proactive approach to workplace health and safety
  • Working in a manner which does not pose a risk to their health and safety or that of others in the workplace
  • Complying with all workplace health and safety procedures when working on clients’ sites, including:
  • Completing all site induction safety briefings before commencing work;
  • Complying with all site safety directives and instructions from authorised personnel; and wearing all designated protective equipment for each specified site area
  • Appropriately using and maintaining tools, plant and  equipment
  • Ensuring they are fit for work
  • Reporting all hazards, injury and damage to their supervisor, manager or site representative
